The Ordering Process: When a customer sends me a picture (portrait) I have to decide if the photograph is suitable for oil painting. If possible, I like to see a few pictures before starting the work. Pictures can be emailed or mailed or brought to my studio. I prefer to talk to each customer, if possible, to understand exactly what they are looking for. I may require more information in order to do my best.

Payment: I require a down payment of 1/3 of the agreed price before starting the work. The balance is due when the work is picked up or before I mail the picture. Special features requested are subject to price change.

Guarantee: My work is 100% guaranteed for life. If, for some reason, you don’t like the work after it is done, I will refund the deposit, but I reserve the right to advertise the work on my website or as a sample of my work, or for sale. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
